Hello
Hi, I’m Yolanda Delgado, a bilingual (English/Spanish) bookkeeper with years of hands-on experience supporting small businesses with accurate, organized, and reliable financial management. I’m QuickBooks certified and specialize in full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable services.
My Story
I began my academic journey at Santa Rosa Junior College, where I earned an Associate of Arts in History and a certificate in Early Childhood Education. I later went on to earn my Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Sonoma State University, with a concentration in Human Development and a minor in Chicano and Latino Studies.
My path into accounting actually started back in 2006 when I took on a seasonal role during tax season and I ended up really enjoying the work. I was invited to stay on full-time, which marked the beginning of my career in the field. In 2014, I returned to school to pursue my dream of teaching, and after graduating in 2018, I was offered an amazing opportunity at a public accounting firm in San Francisco. At that point, I realized my passion for accounting had only grown stronger, so I chose to continue down that path and I’ve never looked back.
My background in education and human development taught me how to communicate clearly, stay organized, and work with people from all walks of life. Combined with nearly two decades of accounting experience, I now use those skills to support business owners with accurate, dependable, and thoughtful bookkeeping services.
